Track a competitor on Instagram without logging in

Short answer: If a competitor's account is public, everything you need is readable without an account of yours: the follower count, who they follow and who follows them. What is missing is history. A tracker records it from the day you add the account, so you can see growth, new partnerships through new follows, and departures. What you can see

Follower and following counts over time, who they just started following (a hint of new partners, suppliers or creators), and who left. All of it comes from public information.

What you cannot see

Private accounts, messages, likes you could not already see, and anything from before your first snapshot. The tracker also cannot tell why a number moved: a drop can be unfollows, deleted accounts or accounts removed by Instagram.
