Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snytch web application and website at snytch.co (the "Service"), operated by PT. LTVT Capital Group ("Snytch", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. What Snytch does

Snytch lets you track publicly available activity (such as follower and following changes) for Instagram accounts you choose, receive alerts, view history, and use social features such as groups and chat. Snytch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way, and only processes publicly accessible information.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any person.
Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights.
Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.
Use the Service to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on others.

6. Subscriptions and payments

The Service offers paid subscriptions (weekly or monthly, each including 3 tracked accounts), as well as optional add-ons and one-time purchases, billed through our payment provider, Whop. A free tier was offered until 6 September 2026: it is no longer available to new accounts, and it remains honoured for the accounts that already hold it.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding user content and third-party data), is owned by Snytch and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. User content

You retain rights to content you create in the Service (e.g. group names, messages). You grant us a license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or that data retrieved about third-party accounts is complete or correct.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snytch and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or €100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snytch and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Badung, Bali, Indonesia. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
